Who to contact

For questions about this website or your information, email academicscorerofficial@gmail.com.

Enquiry information

The form collects your name, an email address or phone number, and one uploaded brief. We store these to review and respond to your request. Do not include sensitive information, student IDs, passwords or identifying research-participant data.

Storage and access

Enquiry details are stored in the website’s hosted database. Uploaded briefs are held in private file storage and can only be downloaded through the restricted owner inbox. The service operator and hosting providers process the information needed to operate the service. Hosting may process information outside your country. Enquiries and uploaded briefs older than 90 days are removed during routine enquiry or inbox requests; copies shared by email or WhatsApp are handled separately.

Email and WhatsApp

These contact options use external services with their own privacy practices. The website does not automatically email form submissions. You can save a form enquiry without opening WhatsApp.

Optional aggregate analytics

If you allow analytics, we count page views, email/phone/WhatsApp clicks and successful enquiries by day and page. These counts contain no names, messages or email addresses and do not measure unique visitors. We do not use advertising trackers. Your analytics preference is stored locally in your browser. You can change it through the footer at any time. Aggregate counts older than 180 days are removed during routine requests.

Abuse prevention and hosting logs

To limit spam, a time-limited hash derived from the requesting IP address may be stored for up to approximately one day. Raw IP addresses are not saved in the enquiry or analytics tables. Hosting providers may maintain technical logs under their own policies.

Your choices

Submitting the form is optional. To request access, correction or deletion of information held through this site, contact us using the contact details supplied in your enquiry and include your reference number if available. We may ask for enough information to verify the request.
